Really great company. Rented a container for almost a year during house renovations, and couldn't have been happier with the price or service. Unlike the national chains there was no pressure to take out insurance (that's entirely down to you) and as a result the total cost was much lower. Good customer service too. There were a couple of times my number wasn't recognised to open the gate, including very early on a Sunday morning and very late on a weekday evening , and they answered the phone immediately and sorted it out.
Really helpful staff, helped me work out the size of the storage unit I needed. Quick support on site when needed. Recommend using this company, if needed again will definitely use.

A really easy service to book and use. The storage containers were very clean with good access, we needed additional storage and Jonathon and his Team were very helpful. We felt our kit was very secure, safe and dry. We would use again.
These storage units are top-notch—super clean and always dry. Having 24-hour access is incredibly convenient. I used a container while transitioning between homes, and everything I stored stayed in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this place. The pricing is very reasonable too.

How does it work — what happens after I book?
It's quick and all online. Choose your size and move-in date and book online, sign your storage agreement and set up your Direct Debit. We then text you an SMS with your gate and unit access details — just turn up on your move-in date and start using your unit.
Can I drive up to my unit?
Yes — our outdoor containers are all ground floor with 24/7 drive-up access, so you can pull right up to the door and load or unload with no lifts or stairs. We also have lower-cost units inside an access-controlled building on limited hours, including cheaper upstairs units reached by stairs; the floor and access hours are shown on each unit.
Can I store a car, caravan or motorhome?
We can store cars subject to a suitable unit being available, but we don't store caravans or motorhomes. Please call us to check before booking.
What's the minimum / maximum time I can store?
There's no minimum or maximum stay. Simply give us 2 weeks' notice and pay for a minimum of 2 weeks' rent at full price.
How do I book and pay?
Choose your unit size and move-in date and book online in a couple of minutes, paying securely by card. You can then move in on your chosen date.
Is there a deposit or any hidden charges?
No deposit is required and there are no hidden charges. There's also no long-term contract.
What are the access hours?
Most units have 24/7 drive-up access. A few have limited hours, shown on each unit: first-floor units and some ground-floor units are open Monday to Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–4pm, and the 37 sq ft units have 8am–7pm, 7 days a week access.
Do I need insurance?
If you want insurance for your stored items we recommend a specialist provider such as Insurastore.com — often more cost-effective and comprehensive than facility insurance. Items are stored at your own risk.
Can I cancel for free?
Cancel for free up to 48 hours before your move-in date. There's no minimum stay, but a minimum of two weeks' rent at full price applies. To move out, give two weeks' notice using the form in the customer help section.
What can't I store?
For safety and legal reasons we can't store: hazardous materials (flammable, explosive or toxic — gas canisters, fireworks, chemicals); illegal items (stolen goods, illicit substances or firearms); perishable items (food, plants or anything that attracts pests); living creatures (no animals, insects or people); or strongly scented items.
